Mrs. Miller

Hi! I am Mrs. Miller and I am the social worker at the high school.

This is my second year working in the high school and I am looking forward to seeing both some new and familiar faces!

You will see me around the counseling office and also in your classroom several times throughout the school year. I am in charge of completing your Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons and I have many fun activities planned!

I have been in Sauquoit my whole life (born and raised) and am also a 2012 alumna of the school district. After high school, I completed my associate's degree at MVCC and my bachelor's degree at Utica University. Both in criminal justice. I spent the next several years working with children, teens, and families through some of the most challenging times in their lives. During that same time, I decided to go back to school. I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) in August 2022 and became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in February 2023.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, geocaching, and spending time with my family including my husband and 3 boys. I also try to fit in reading a book or two (or at least listen to an audiobook) when I can. I love a good mystery.

I am available in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Feel free to stop down on those days or email me at any time if you are in need of something! I am here to offer support, encouragement, be a shoulder to cry on, or whatever else you may need me to be!
