During the next two years we will begin to develop your goals and prepare you for life after high school. I am here to help you decide what path is right for you; college, career, or military.

I am an alumni of Poland High School and received my bachelors degree in psychology from SUNY Cortland. From there I received a degree in School Counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh and began working as a substitute teacher here at Sauquoit prior to becoming your school counselor.

This is my twelfth year at Sauquoit and I could not be happier to continue on this journey with all of you. Most of my time is spent here in this building, but if I get a chance to break away, you can usually find me on a mountain somewhere (I have proudly earned my title as an ADK "46"er. I also serve as your Senior Class Advisor as well as National Honor Society Advisor.
